Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole-grain flour tortilla 8–10 inch
  • ½ cup plant-based cheese shreds or reduced-fat dairy cheese
  • ½ cup cooked diced chicken breast (skinless, grilled or air-fried)
  • ¼ cup black beans optional
  • ¼ cup sautéed bell peppers & onions
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin or chili powder
  • Cooking spray or 1 tsp olive/avocado oil

Method
 

  1. Assemble tortilla with cheese, chicken, beans, peppers/onions, and cilantro. Fold in half.
  2. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
  3. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway if needed.
  4. Let cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
