Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in milk, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
