Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup pork dehydrated or pre-cooked and dried for shelf stability
  • ½ cup cabbage dehydrated or finely shredded and dried
  • 2 tbsp carrots dehydrated
  • 1 tbsp onion dehydrated
Optional pantry add-ins:
  • Vinegar for finishing
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Empty jar contents into a small pot.
  2. Add 1 cup water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and pork is heated through.
  5. Season with vinegar and black pepper to finish.
  6. Serve warm as a rustic bowl-style meal.
