  • 1 package smoked sausage sliced
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: fried eggs on top

Method
 

  1. Cook potatoes in oil until browned and tender.
  2. Add onions and peppers.
