Method
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon in a cast iron skillet.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and butter.
Pour batter over peaches.
Bake 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm.
