My extended family loved this. I doubled the recipe and cooked it in a 9X13 pan. Used low-fat sour cream and Cheddar cheese, but added lowfat refried beans. Garnished with shredded lettuce, olives, diced tomatoes and a tiny bit of salsa and guacamole. Yummy! Made an excellent presentation with the extra color. Thanks for sharing, Stephanie.
