Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form into small meatballs and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. While meatballs bake, cook mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet.
  6. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  7. Slowly add beef broth and cook until slightly thickened.
  8. Pour gravy over meatballs and bake another 10–15 minutes.
  9. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
