Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form into small meatballs and place in a baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, cook mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Slowly add beef broth and cook until slightly thickened.
- Pour gravy over meatballs and bake another 10–15 minutes.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
