Heart-Healthy Overnight Muesli

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • ¼ cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup fresh berries
  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts or almonds
  • Dash cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in almond milk and yogurt (if using).
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with berries and nuts before serving

Nutrition Notes:

  • Protein-rich (especially if using Greek yogurt)
