Ingredients:
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- ¼ cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup fresh berries
- 1 tsp chopped walnuts or almonds
- Dash cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
- Stir in almond milk and yogurt (if using).
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with berries and nuts before serving
