Ingredients
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add peppers and onions. Cook 5โ7 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
- Add steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4โ5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Return peppers and onions to the skillet and mix well.
- Lay provolone slices over the meat mixture and cover until melted.
- Spoon onto toasted hoagie rolls and serve immediately.
