Weekend Suppers Menu – April 18 & 19

This weekend’s suppers are simple comfort food meals that are easy to make and perfect for a relaxed weekend dinner.

Saturday – Turkey & Vegetable Shepherd’s Pie
Sunday – Creamy White Bean & Vegetable Soup

Grocery List:

  • Potato
  • Onion (2)
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Spinach (optional)
  • Mixed vegetables (or frozen mix)

Meat

  • Ground turkey (½ lb)

Canned / Pantry

  • White beans
  • Vegetable broth
  • Chicken broth
  • Milk or almond milk
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper

Prep Tip:
Chop the vegetables and peel the potatoes ahead of time so the meals come together quickly over the weekend.
