Ingredients
  

  • 14 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ยฝ cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • ยผ cup Greek yogurt plain
  • ยผ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ยผ tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package directions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Spread a little marinara sauce in the bottom of a small baking dish.
  5. Fill shells with cheese mixture and place in dish.
  6. Spoon remaining marinara sauce over shells.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
  9. Let sit 5โ€“10 minutes before serving.
