Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  1. If you cheat, like I did, and use a bagged coleslaw mix, take a moment to check on how coarse the cabbage is shredded. I chose to give mine a quick chop in the food processor. Otherwise, the coleslaw can be more difficult to work with.
