Triple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (vanilla)

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 Blend until smooth.
  • 3 Serve immediately.

  • Blend until thick – You’re aiming for a texture you can eat with a spoon
