- Preheat a 12-inch Dutch oven.
- Brown the ground beef with the onion and bell pepper until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease if needed.

- Add tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and scatter evenly over the sloppy joe mixture.
