Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz ziti or penne pasta
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or ½ cup frozen, thawed
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix marinara sauce, spinach, ricotta, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta.
  5. Pour into a small baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving.
