Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • ยฝ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ยผ tsp salt
  • ยพ cup milk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.
  2. Toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon in a cast iron skillet.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and butter.
  4. Pour batter over peaches.
  5. Bake 35โ€“40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
