Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 3 cups prepared pulled pork
  • 1/3 cup no-sugar-added BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF.
  2. Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Pierce each several times with a fork.
