Campground Italian Pasta Salad

Campground Italian Pasta Salad

This Campground Italian Pasta Salad is the perfect easyno-heat meal for camping weekends, RV trips, and busy summer nights!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup smoked sausage sliced and halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup light Italian dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Add pasta to a large bowl.
  3. Stir in sausage, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Pour dressing over mixture and toss well.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
