Ingredients
  

For the Burgers
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef 90% lean
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
  • ยฝ teaspoon salt
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese optional
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onion
  • Pickles
  • Favorite burger condiments
For the Ranch Potato Packets
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

Prepare the Potato Packets
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat or prepare a campfire with hot coals.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Divide the potatoes evenly among six sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  4. Seal each packet tightly.
  5. Place the packets on the grill or over indirect campfire heat.
  6. Cook for 25โ€“30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
Prepare the Burgers
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  2. Form into six equal patties.
  3. Grill the burgers for 4โ€“5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices if desired.
  5. Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
Serve
  1. Place each burger on a bun.
